Our community will come together each June at Milton Community Center for a celebration. Summer Daze is a vibrant celebration that brings our community together in the heart of Milton! Formerly known as Milton BeerFest, this event has blossomed into a family-friendly extravaganza that promises something for everyone. Immerse yourself in a day filled with handcrafted treasures, as local artists and craftsmen showcase their talents. Let the melodies of live music fill the air, with performances from talented musicians that will have you dancing and singing along. Indulge in a culinary adventure with a diverse array of food vendors offering delicious treats to satisfy every palate. From gourmet dishes to classic festival fare, there's something to delight every taste bud. And for the adults, don't miss out on the chance to sample a variety of craft beers, fine wines, and artisanal spirits from local distilleries. Featuring local businesses at the Summer Daze Festival wasn't just a nice touch—it was *essential* to the heart and purpose of the event. By spotlighting businesses like Boulders and Bubbles, Baddie Cakes, Two Owls, and Sneakers and Stuff, the festival celebrated the entrepreneurial spirit that defines Milton’s downtown. Milton Community Center is funded by the contributions of numerous members, donors, foundations, and corporations. Our constituents are greatly appreciative of the businesses and corporations that support our work. Your business’s sponsorship will provide visibility of your products or services, which may bring in new customers. Your logo and business name will be displayed on signage at the event, on our website, and in the event program.

PURPOSE

The proceeds of Summer Daze Festival will have a significant impact on both the Milton Community Center programs and the larger community. The proceeds will be used to support a variety of initiatives that enhance the quality of life for residents and foster a sense of community. For the Milton Community Center, the funds will help expand and improve existing programs, such as youth activities, family programs such as Family Night and the Milton Model Train Museum, and educational workshops in our Makerspace. This will ensure that people of all ages have access to valuable resources and opportunities for personal growth and development. Additionally, the funds will be used to maintain and upgrade the community center's facilities, making it a more welcoming and functional space for everyone. In the larger community, the funds will support local projects and events that promote community building and engagement. This includes organizing more family-friendly events in our downtown, enhancing public spaces through Milton Garden Club, and providing support to our local businesses through our Main Street program and partnership with Bucknell’s SBDC Start Up Milton. By investing in these initiatives, the Summer Daze Festival helps create a vibrant and connected community where residents can come together, share experiences, and build lasting relationships. Overall, the funds raised through the Summer Daze Festival play a crucial role in enriching the lives of Milton residents and strengthening the bonds within the community.
